Itinerary
Day 1: Cusco - Kilometer 104- Wiñaywayna – Machupicchu
Transfer from Cusco to Poroy train station. Train to the 104km. At this point we start trek for 3 hours aprox. Up to the well preserved remains of Wiñay wayna (2900 mts. altitude). On the way we can see beautiful waterfalls. After deluxe lunch, rest of the day free for exploring the ruins with its houses, terraces, towers and local museum and go on to Inti Punku, the Inca gate of the sun, we get our first sight of Machu Picchu. We finally cross the ridge that leads to our destination, and the full grandeur of the greatest archaeological discovery of modern times is reveled. After a guided tour of Machu Picchu you will be brought to the hotel. (Deluxe Lunch).
Day 2: Machupicchu
we visit the Sanctuary early in the morning for a full day of exploring. Guiding tour.
At afternoon the train goes back to Cusco from the Aguas Calientes station. Arriving to Poroy Train station and transfer to the hotel. (L). End of Our Services.
