Itinerary
Early in the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel and drive to the Community of Cacchiccata, a picturesque community amidst important Inca remains such as the quarry the Incas used to build Ollantaytambo. Their main income source is agriculture, specially the growth of corn. During our visit, we will get involved in activities oriented to preserve the environment as well as those aiming to support the sustainable development of the community. We will plant native trees like Quiswar and Chachacomo, work on an organic garden and participate in educational programs.
We will then take the transport back to Cusco, our hotel in the Sacred Valley or to the train station to take the train to Machu Picchu. End of our services.
